Where to start in Boston
Hi all!
I have been in Boston for about 5 years and I am looking to get started with my first investment. I live in Brookline but want to invest in a two/three family somewhere outside the city. My goal is to find something in the $400k range that would produce a positive cash flow. Any suggestions where I should be focused? I am willing to do some cosmetic renovations but do not want a full rehab.
Thanks!!!
