I don't think lenders would balk at this as long as you show a history of steady income, don't have a bunch of loans outstanding, and the loan will be in first position on the property.

purchaser cost will be higher than outstanding debt due to transactions and holding cost.Once the property is past redemption period - 3 - if the property is tenant occupied - i read the rent is now paid to the new owner.but how do we know what the rent was?
