Nationwide portfolio lender for 1-4 unit properties

I'm looking for a national portfolio lender who will lend on residential (1-4 unit) properties in multiple states. I do have local banks that will lend in each state they're in, but wondering if there is a one stop shop for multiple states that I can work with? Trying to steer clear of the BOA, Wells, Chase big banks if possible.
