So maybe I'm just seeing the severe cases, but I suspect they're problematic.For a landlord, that's an issue b/c you could have more repairs, and phone calls, and coordinating 3+ ppl's schedules, and your passive income becomes active, plus it's costing you money.The other thing is that far too often they end up adding a cost to your tenants b/c they do not save money like the industry claims.

Better yet, see if you can get on Skype and you can ask them to hold their phone up to something you want a closer look at.Do tons of research on the house.  

I wanted to get a mortgage, but old mobile and currently maxed credit creates a no. 

Its amazing how I have had about 4 recent phone calls from letter I mailed 6+ months ago. 

I was looking at mobile homes in my area, and some look like a good investment for rentals. 

A book or study that will answer questions like: What are the requirements of big businesses such as Starbucks, McDonalds, Panda Express, Mobile companies, etc., in leasing a properties?

Not sure why I keep picking odd numbers for this one. lol.I am use to the phone ringing off the hook with 30 to 40 calls.  

Perhaps you could troubleshoot the problem over the phone with  tenant and have them fix it.
