While I like multifamily more than commercial, the demand for "Space" (be it for retail, manufacturing, working, meeting, etc.) will always be there.

I own a lighting distribution and manufacturing company and have seen the transition first hand.

My family and I are currently working on a project to move a pre manufactured cabin style home in munds park Arizona to sell.

It was 3 years ago, and it was for attempt to manufacture drugs.

I'm looking at a manufactured home (built in 1979) with land and I'm wondering if you can use the same strategy - I believe I can obtain a 30 year loan through a company specializing in these types of loans (at least my initial conversation confirmed that) .

They are not a custom manufacturer.

They are manufactured in factories using materials dug out if the ground.

A lot of time lenders send those things to condo/Hoa  board and expect them to fill it out with absolutely zero instructions or guidance.
