Criminal Records for possible tenants
We have recently put our rental house back on the market and are currently screening tenants to move in. I have a tenant interested in my property and meets all requirements but he does have a criminal background. It was 3 years ago, and it was for attempt to manufacture drugs. He has a PO who I will be speaking to, and according to his fiance, he has passed all drugs tests and kept his current job with no issues since the incident. Does anyone have advice on if I should go forward with this applicant or move on?
