BTW, you can look up the liquidity of banks on the web.

I've been using Elance for years and I've been able to find a web master and a VA on the site who I still work with on a regular basis (overall, I've probably used Elance for 15+ projects)...the site makes it very easy to track time, hire, view proposals, and pay your contractors.

Are you sure that is the web address?
