Hi, my name is Bill Paesano I got into the RE game back in 2010 by house hacking. After reading numerous real estate & investing books for three years I finally said enough is enough and took action. I convinced my wife to go the investor route of living. I saved up $3K (6 months of macaroni & cheese) and borrowed $3K and got a FHA loan on a tri-plex. We've been living rent free for the last 5 years and loving it. I'm looking to take the next steps in REI. I would like to wholesale $15K-$25K/month and buy and hold 20+ properties in the next two years. I joined BP to learn from the masters. Glad to be here and can't wait to hear new investing tips.
