I need to wholesale as well as co-wholesaleing but I want to be on the right side of the law and stay legit.

Trust me, if you are locking up deals on the MLS to wholesale, then every legit investor in the city has already seen it.  

First question is they are in the uncasville ,CT area down by Mohegan sun casino very touristy area , does anyone have any knowledge about that area and renters ?

@Sourabh Bora My partner and I did some deep research on Norwich and are concerned about the casino opening in Springfield, MA and a third likely one somewhere in Central-Northern CT.  

I see your explanation, but there are implications it's shady, but you didn't come out and say "what they're doing is shady", so maybe it's a legit way to fudge numbers?

Is there any way to see if this was a legit sale?

Alot of people have already commented....but I just wanted to throw this out there...When determining what si fraud or not in these types of circumstances, it really comes down to intent.The second purchase sounds legit because they bought the house and got an owner occ loan on it with the intent to live in, and now they do.

thanks for mentioning scammers its really bad right now.. so many of them out there its the knew Nigerian prince themetell you what you want to hear.. suck 200 to 1000 out of you then never fund or hear from you again.and if you keep engaged they keep pinging you for more money  :)   the companies I mentioned are all legit
