Why have a person manning the phone in your office, when an AI can do it better, 24/7, for much less money?

The only time I’ve gotten 1099’ed in my 18 years was from- Subbing from an incorporated contractor, PM companies, a law firm, and other real estate businesses.

Can anyone point me in the direction of a good resource for me to learn from on the best way to find these homes and more importantly how to incorporate this avenue into my business model.
