As a Canadian shareholder in an incorporation you can withdraw dividends which are tax free (except the health tax).

They are 60+ years old and waiting on a major leg surgery and have various health problems.

The job pays the bills and give me health insurance for myself and family but after taxes and all that I'm bringing home $3200 (after taxes and insurance, before bills) a month so its not like i'm making a ton.
