I'm also partnered up on a couple of deals here but I'd like to explore expanding into the US as I read a lot of books & listen to many podcasts about the US market.Over the past few months I have been piecing together small bits of information but I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions of books, podcasts, blogs etc that offer a lot of information on this type of situation.I have been in contact with a number of banks in the US about acquiring finance but most of them are more geared towards helping foreign nationals purchase one property to live in while they move or work within the US.

Vancouver WA I5 Corridor from Eugene, OR to Centralia, WA Huntsville, AL Phoenix, AZ Las Vegas, NV Houston, TXWe are also exploring all sort of Buy and Hold/BRRRR properties from SFR to Small Apartment Complexes.

I also like @Darius Ogloza's suggestion of seller financing - have you explored that option?  

After exploring a few listings you will begin to read the nice photos/descriptions more critically and hone in on what you really want/fits your goals.

I recommend doing a hard-money cash out refinance with a reputable lender.
