I just finished reading Brandon's book on rental property investing and even though it was a good big picture and overview of the process,  I was left a bit overwhelmed by the very small margin of error required to buy a property and be profitable.

My position is if you have money and can stroke a check and want to have a big over view and then decide go for it.if you have to put it on credit cards that in my mind means your not properly capitalized to do real estate in any fashion.
