Rich Dad Poor Dad Review

Chad Springs
Posted

Hello everyone!

My wife, myself and a friend of ours has been researching the real estate world for over a year now and we have been to the 3 day Than Merrill (Fortune Builders) and the Rich Dad 3 day schooling. Which is where we heard about this website. We're already $700 plus in on the Rich dad for the 3 day schooling and are considering doing the Legacy training however it is extremely costly. Essentially the three day schooling for both companies is half learning and half convincing you to invest in their more advanced schooling. Prices ranging from $19,000 to $53,000 for Rich Dad training.

I was just curious if anyone has done the advanced Legacy training and if it's worth that costly investment? We all have college degrees and already have enough debt. I would love to hear opinions as well as other great sources. I would love to meet people in the industry and possibly network. So please don't hesitate to comment.

just go on E bay and buy the books and tapes from all the guru's they will be there for 50 bucks from those who spent the money and did nothing with the training.

there is nothing wrong with paid training for some.. but what you find is most don't really have the time the capacity financially or sales skills to do much with what they learn or what is taught and they just do nothing.

a few will take the training and succeed in a big way .. I know I have funded a few over the years..

My position is if you have money and can stroke a check and want to have a big over view and then decide go for it.

if you have to put it on credit cards that in my mind means your not properly capitalized to do real estate in any fashion.
