yea zonning will need to advise if the property is zoned and can be converter. there are fees associated with conversion as well keep in mind. and for price, you can do quick zillow search on sold houses in area for similar properties on both sides.

The LP should reference the Case No. its associated with and since most counties in Fl have the Civil Action case files on line you would be able to pull it up and review the litigation to figure out what it's about.
