If the 'cost of money is roughly $600 per month, this equates to ~30 nights (through Management company), fewer nights if we were to engage AirBNB type service, and find local cleaning / turn-over service.

Anyways, we put 20k into renovations with all new kitchen cabinets, new vinyl plank flooring, new interior and exterior paint, all new bath vanities, toilets, new windows, new glass sliding doors, basically everything is new except the carpet.
