Hi Everyone,

I have lurked around the forum for a little bit but finally decided to sign up and become a member.  I just recently closed on a duplex in town and am excited that I have achieved one goal of mine, to own a rental property.  Now I want to build on that goal and gain knowledge and hopefully expand into more properties.  

I am looking forward to engaging with everyone on different topics! If you are in my area, I am always interested in chatting with like-minded people so feel free to reach out.
