I own one rental property and would like to venture into flipping too.

Could I make the same cashflow of $650 per month on that $25,000 if it were re-invested in another venture ? 

We are looking for Joint Venture partners for our non performing note deals.  

I also plan to get my real estate license so that I can access more listings, per a recommendation I read on the internet.My overall goal is to build wealth with passive income from rental properties, among other business ventures.

I have a question around Joint ventures.

The most important thing is for everyone to be on the same page and to communicate everything very very clearly so that in a few years you can move and the dissolution of the joint venture will be clean, simple, and according to plan.

I would like to start with wholesale deals due to limit funds and credit, but I would like to venture to flipping houses and buy and hold deals.There is so much information that I feel overwhelm and don’t know where to begin.I hoping that some of the season investors can share tips and suggestions on what I should do first.I know that marketing for leads is key.
