Intro - Wide-eyed and excited from Southern California

Hello! My name is Tinna and I'm an aspiring real estate investor.

I am currently a senior project engineer with a general contractor, looking to work my way up to at least a senior project manager. I love my career and I love the company I work for. I am lucky to have worked on iconic institutions of Los Angeles.

I have no experience whatsoever and right when I decided I wanted to pursue this route, I kicked my learning mode into high gear. I want to learn about business, real estate, accounting and investing in stocks. I also plan to get my real estate license so that I can access more listings, per a recommendation I read on the internet.

My overall goal is to build wealth with passive income from rental properties, among other business ventures. Aside from getting educated, my short term goal is to wholesale at least a few properties for the experience and my intermediate term goal is to own rental properties (multifamily) and own 1-2 businesses.

I would love to hear from you if you can point me in the right direction. I'm feeling a big overwhelmed with the amount of information that is available, but it's nothing I can't handle. :)

Thank you,
Tinna
