From what I've seen Renatus is more of an online community with some education thrown in, rather than one of the "guru seminars" we hear so much about.  

I have seen many "investor packets" which are taught by some of those seminars that investors can attend.

I just attended one of those tax lien seminars and while doing searches I found bigger pockets.  

Hello all, I am new to the real estate business and I am currently registered to go to a seminar through Success Path here in Denver over the next 3 days. 

I went to a seminar on wholesaling over 10 years ago, put the fees on a credit card, and had about $500 left and no income coming in.
