You could probably find a lot of good properties that need work in the town center area- in between Rosemont and Independence as you go down Virginia Beach Blvd.

I'm having trouble renting out retail in a small town.

I am a huge fan of traveling the world and exploring other cultures.

Perhaps we can attend when we are in town. 

I'm still a couple months out from being able to move from my current location so still working on identifying areas, however there seems to be (from what I've seen) pretty low inventory in what I'm looking for so basically as long as it's in Tulsa and not in a rough part of town I plan on keeping an open mind.

@Charlie MacPherson I was looking at towns like Manfield, Bridgewater, Easton, Plymouth for example but if a good deal comes up in another area I’m willing consider it.

Does the town have a septic design on file?
