Hey everyone, I'm a new member from Tulsa, OK.  Joined the site about a week ago and man is it full of useful information and helpful people. By day I work in the oil and gas sector as an accountant, but I'm looking to increase my knowledge related to real estate and hopefully invest in some buy and hold multi-family units for some additional long-term cash flow. If all goes to plan (though how often does that happen?), my first purchase will be a house hack and then I'll go on from there.  Anyways, just wanted to introduce myself, hope ya'll have a great day.

Thanks @John Kunick, so far I've been impressed with the amount of information here and the amount of responses that people's questions get. Glad to be part of such an active and helpful online community.
