Hello! I have been listening to Bigger Pockets for the last four months and decided to finally join the forum. My husband and I own a SFH in Marin County where we are currently doing a longterm live & flip. My personal strengths are interior design and negotiations. We are looking to expand our portfolio for the right opportunity.
