Clayton and Natalie are no dummies they knew they would get wiped out financially so they decamped.. very tough to sue someone in another country .. the only remedy or justice will be if the US govmit in some form or fashion decides ( like his partner Whalen) to bring criminal charges..

Personally I like the idea, just unsure of the legality of it haha.As far as calling the police generally around me the police hate and sometimes flat out refuse to get involved in tenant/LL conflicts and tell you it is a civil matter and unless a criminal law has been violated there is nothing they can do.Â

I said someone not too long time ago even if your country is South Korea, don't just move here, your quality of life is much better in Seoul.The homelessness situation, the criminal situation, and the division of people in politics are actually much worse than in any Asian third-world country.If today is still August 1995, yes migration to US from East Europe maybe good.
