Home is not well kept and needs a lot work.Can I hire a professional who walk through the property and provide a more valid estimate of cost to fix the home?

I found who I thought would be the perfect tenant, passed all of the screenings, met her, multiple phone conversations, everything was great.

If it's expensive and has a high annual fee, then talk to some professionals (CPA, Attorneys). 

Actually Orlando got hurt worse in Charley than Fort Myers and I have colleagues in Orlando are still without power now (but they do have phone service so I can mock them).But there's two other fundamental dynamics that might bear some consideration.

And that is why I went over there just to test myself and see how I would do as far as talking to people on how I can help them in their situation, I would have liked to be with a professional and see how they do it but I am not the type to pay thousands for mentoring and I know the only way I will learn is by practicing and getting out there I appreciate your feedback Carlton, maybe if your open to it we could meet and if you have any pointers you would be willing to give that would be great.
