The PA title companies are always aware of updates and changes where there online calculators picks those up and the sites are free to use.

I'm aware of online methods - zillows, trulia, and craigslist.  

Also be aware of pushy sales tactics.I could go on but you get the idea.

I got stuck a little in analysis paralysis, I was aware I was looking for a good house in a good school district in a good neighborhood with good rental potential and better rates when running the formulas.

@Stephen Kappre Are you aware of any districts in Audubon/neighboring townships that are definitely zoned for duplexes/triplexes?

I assume this is a house for you & your wife to live in as I am not aware of any non owner occupied 203k loans.
