Sellers get the most out of their ads when they convey to the consumer how the product can add value to their lives, as opposed to showing the value of the product itself.

I have been using this loss to offset gains produced on previous property sales.

The lower demand markets, ie older homes or less desirable areas, should produce a higher return.
