You could also write in when the other unit is vacant the % goes from 50% to 100%.In Utah, we can do this for gas and electric (I have to for my triplex) but it's a no no on the water bill.

Thanks to Josh, Brandon and the crew for making this happen and everyone here for sharing their knowledge, experiences and advice so freely for the benefit of others.I am a geologist in the oil and gas industry here in Calgary and like so many right now, I am fearing another round of layoffs as oil prices continue to go down and oil companies keep "cutting costs".
