For me I'm focused on Fix & Flip type deals so I look at the $/SF ARV of updated homes with similar features such as BR/BA size, SF, Garage, Basement ect.

As in say minor cosmetic or easily replaceable or changeable features.

All with the same opposite corners if possible.If there are any unusual features, take a shot. 

The interior and exterior received a complete rehab which included finishing the basement which was a great selling feature.

However they have some great features for tracking warranties, appliances, and other items needed to track.

Reports: They have a great reports area; you can run a report for just about everything and export it to excel or other format if you wish.Add Ons: You can add services such as integration with QuickBooks, SMS Messaging, PM module (with lots of tools/services geared towards property managers), hosted website if you don't already have your own.Integrations: OwnerRez can integrate with many other tools/apps common in the industry such as dynamic pricing tools (Pricelabs, Beyond Pricing, PerfectPrice and the tool that I use Rented.com), wifi locks such as RemoteLock, Kaba/Oracode, eRentalLock, etc), housekeeping apps such as VRScheduler & ResortCleaning, guest books apps such as TouchStay & YourWelcome and more.There are a lot of free tools out there that you can use to help manage your short term rental bookings but for the very reasonable prices charged by OwnerRez you can benefit from so many more robust features and tools not available through those free tools.

What that means is, buy a property located around a transit station or corridor with high-quality service, with good walkability, parking management, and other design features that facilitate transit use and maximize overall accessibility.

All of my fix and flips are on average with features which need to be pointed out as opposed to being able to just read about them What do you think?
