Best REI software system?

BP's,

I am looking to ditch the excel spreadsheets and invest in a software program to help manage my REI's to allow for scalability. Below are some features I a looking for.

Custom KPI tracker: For example, expenses vs. profit or ROI%.

CRM: I would love for the software to have a way to manage new and existing contacts.

Tracking payments and work orders: I am currently working to shift my rental portfolio and plan to use the same PM office for all rentals. Instead of sending monthly texts or calls, I would like a system that shows real-time updates. For example, 123 elm has active work order, and PM is tracking, ETA for repair 12DEC21.

Modularity: I am also planning to get Mail-chimp, a landing page, and use Calendly. I would prefer the software to be compatible with other system.

All that being said, does anyone have recommendations I could look into.

Sincerely,

Josh
