Southern Maine monthly meet up?

Hi all,

I recently moved back to Maine from the Bay Area (cashed out of properties there to have better quality life here)

I am interested in networking with others in real estate investment in southern Maine- I live part time in Limington and part time in Portland. Anyone here interested in meet ups as the weather improves (maybe starting in April)?  I’d love to meet folks (outside w masks) to discuss multi-family acquisitions, rehabs, tax credit deals and what folks are up to in general.   We could rotate meet up locations : Biddeford/Saco, Sanford, Portland, Lewiston/Auburn, Brunswick etc.  Again I’m new to this forum and these meetings might already be happening just didn’t see anything jump out to me.
