OVG are middle men they market turnkey companies houses.Probably came from Charles.They are not active here now nothing to do with rents but with their margins being squeezed as yields fell.Sadly 38118 is de gentrifying big time but that should be rentable still.

My policy is my policy-- if they don't like it, they can live somewhere else.Plenty of rentals allow small cats (usually de-clawed).

Also DST (Delaware statutory trust) was also mentioned but this is more for the big players due to the upfront cost to setup.
