LLC for every property?

Hey everyone. I have one 3/2 residential rental property and want to scale up with a multifamily purchase. Do I need to start an LLC for each property? What other basic legal setup is necessary for managing rentals legally? I am reading Brandon/heathers book on managing property so if these answers are there let me know. Lastly Are there any multifamily landlords out there in the Atlanta area that I could connect with? Best!

If you need to "save up" to make time with an attorney you don't need an LLC. Case closed
