@Aaron Smith, just a little curious, but if you do not have a current umbrella policy, what is your auto policy coverage?  

Unfortunately, all I found was an empty lot, that was fenced in and various auto parts were kept.  

As for my first round I was fortunate enough to land a pretty good j.o.b. in the auto industry working for a wheel supplier early in my Real Estate carrier.

Reagan eliminated those great mortgages during his administration along with writing off interest on credit cards, auto loans, and extended income averaging.

Since I first posted this, I found a lender that wil loan the value of the property, and since she's been handling my auto loans and various other things over the years, she said she'd approve me without a problem.

Not only are you just paying extra to the principal, you'd have to charge unexpected auto repairs, home repair and etc since all your cash (including savings) would be tied up in the HELOC (if not now, eventually).Are there origination fees?

Plus now we send auto reminders prior to the first of the month and our late payments are less than 7%.  

If it's your only SFR, it's a good idea to package it with your home and auto. 

Sometimes I'll create multiple auto-emails like Multi-Family, new REOs, new Short Sales, so the investor can look at different categories.

I can't imagine other auto systems out there like this that can generate true leads.
