Do you provide window A/C units in your properties if they don't have central A/C? 

A, B, C, D?

I am in a C class area and people can be surprisingly dumb about replying to a marketplace ad with the account that's full of their gangster/crime/drug/employment/drama issues.  

@Howard C email marketing seems to be an excellent way of communication, pandemic or not.

There are a lot of 501(c)'s that do truly amazing work in America's inner cities in terms of economic development, education, healthcare, etc.   

We typically get white or black appliances for our C class rentals and stainless steel for our B class and above rentals. 

When I toured the property it looked like the owners before had duct work ran supplying A/C to the garage, and it's all sheet rocked which tells me they may have intended on converting it and just didn't follow through.I'm really hoping despite the area though I could get a tenant or two for room rentals.                                                               

Most are in C and D class neighborhoods, and the best 4 unit buildings close to me have had some crime issues.
