Hey everyone,I’m curious to know besides networking events and basic word of mouth, what are some of the way to find cash investors especially when you know you come across deals all the time that most cash investors would be interested especially after doing the data?

I'm looking to build a network in real estate, start a business, have a mentor to help me along the way, and receive more exposure.

Corner lot is 110' wide x 140' deep. house sits right in the middle and is 67' wide x 25' deep. the rest is backyard and front yard.

I found Bigger Pockets 2 years ago but im shy and it took me a while to get engaged and realize that were all just students of the game of real estate and some are farther along their journey than others and that is no excuse for me NOT to network and get to know many of you on here and tap into everyone's experience and knowledge and resources to build up my rental portfolio and to help others along the way as my knowledge and experience grows over time.

@Adam Webb Without knowing the details of your market, if there is such a wide disparity, you are better engaging in a simple arbitrage trade (as you've pointed out) and buying duplexes all day long. 

I am looking to network and am very excited to start investing in real estate!
