Did you find these deals through the MLS or through alternative marketing tactics?

(Or alternatively get great results of course too.. it's not rocket science!)

The guys that do this for a living come in with the best jackhammers, sometimes a conveyor, usually a loader, and a dump truck - they don't screw around.

I have gotten deals on houses , cars and trucks , equipment just by saying " When you are ready to sell give me a call " .

One alternative would be to see if the seller will finance the portion that you would otherwise use a hard money loan for.

I'm currently in debt with about $7,500 remaining balance on the truck I purchased a couple years ago and im super excited to pick one stragety and become succesfull to invest in.
