Deed Restriciton to Prevent Competition
Hello,
When selling a piece of land can a deed restriciton be used to prevent the buyer from developing a certain type of asset on the land (commercial, multifamily, etc)?
Can the deed restriction be lifted by future owners of the property? If so, how?
Thanks in advance for any replies.
