I work in the industry and I'm hearing 60 a barrel by 2017 and I hear 10 a barrel by 2017.

I'm very new to this industry and as I learn, grow, and become successful, it all goes back to the creative real estate investing platform.I am relentless, focused, and motivated to be in a position to learn all there is to learn. 

He has an "Airbnb for Landlords" course also that will give you the ropes, and he throws in some coaching I believe, if you're nice ;)  It's a great industry :)

The only industries that make money selling to people who rarely get the benefit are the diet and fitness gyms. 

Which they have cornered  that industry in construction and lending.

When a seller tries to say they want retail for their house that hasn’t been updated in 30 years, do you have a script or patented responses that you follow for some of these questions?

I think we must understand this is not your grandfathers tech industry anymore.

Paid retail for all three and all three were cash flow negative.

I am very serious about being successful in this industry,  so If there is anyone in my area, or anyone on BP for that matter, that is willing to help me on my way with wholesaling I would definitely appreciate it. 

I certainly don't have time to help multiple clients or retail clients I don't know.Being an agent is a catch 22.
