New member from Rhode Island

Hello BP, my name is Jerrel and I am very excited to get started as a real estate investor. My background, for the most part, is in construction. Currently I am a union pipefitter apprentice in Rhode Island. I'm twenty four years old looking for ways to secure the future for my family and I financially. I am starting this journey as a wholesaler and look forward to building professional relationships with other investors with similar goals as myself. I plan to get into flipping, then buying and holding but I've decided to focus on wholesaling for the time being. I have done tons of research on many aspects of real estate and it's gotten to a point where any free time that I have is dedicated to learning more. I am very serious about being successful in this industry,  so If there is anyone in my area, or anyone on BP for that matter, that is willing to help me on my way with wholesaling I would definitely appreciate it.
