I'd need to acquire/build the following (local zoning and permitting allowing):-A 10-15 acre parcel-Main gated entrance with office building nurse's station and leasing offices-Possibly a second gated entrance at the opposite end for emergency services-A common area with garden surrounded by a circle of buildings including a dining hall, cafe, "office building" (fake offices with toy phones, etc), small movie theater and a rec center-A large, two story apartment building with medical facility (for those with late stage conditions)-Two small "suburbs" of tiny homes for higher functioning residents (stand alone studio apartments with no kitchen for safety reasons).

I have been thinking about this a lot lately I really don’t want my tenants to know I own the property for safety reasons a lot can go wrong with that because automatically when someone finds out you literally own the property they staying in they will either bother you none stop or they assume you this big time millionaire because you own real estate which can lead to plotting, I’am a real deep paranoid thinker 😂😂 I always assume for the worst.

I'd like the flexibility to have access to that cash for 3 potential situations (if the timing etc is right) 1) purchase/finance a new LTR/STR  2) buy outright a BRRRR 3) have a safety valve for college payments if 529 does not cover.I'll have to give this more consideration since its a 'nice to have' rather than something that I actually 'need'  If I'm missing something or your have suggestions I'd love to hear them - if not here than message me directly pleaseThanks so much
