Their service is sloppy and their phone lines are busy and they made so many mistakes in handling my account.

The buyer is clearly being more conservative than what I preapproved for.If the buyer gets big eyes and wants to scale up from the preapproval purposes scenario, we gotta have another phone call or in person meeting.

It must be because I'm doing it on my phone.

I understand that on the phone and in person I need to disclose this...I'm asking specifically about mailings.If so, do I actually have to put my name/agency on the direct mail...or just that I'm an agent?
