With no missed or late payments..I still have to run through the entire loan process to refinance which puts me back where I began..unable to acquire funding.

I've read that this provider is pretty good but what I am seeing is not speaking well unless I am missing something here.

The debt could go back several owners and if there's been a change in management, property managers and/or accounting software, they might be missing it. 

Don't miss all the podcasts too, they are really interesting.  

However, if there is still information missing on March 15, I will take whatever was given to me on or by 11:59:59 PM on March 15, calculate their tax due based on that information alone, relay that information to the client so they can pay the tax, and I will file the extension.
