My name is Eric and I am a new member to BP. I been reading lots of blogs, and listening to the podcasts for some time now. I am very excited to join this community as this industry really fascinates me. I have yet to get my feet wet but have been looking at houses with For Sale signs in my area for quite some time now. I am very excited to start on my first deal, and hope to meet more people who are a part of the BP community around my area.
