I own a double wide manufactured home that rents for 600 month thru metro tenant has been in home over 2 years . the home is financed at 9.59% I lose about 135 a month after taxes insurance and P&I I have tried to refi but cant find a bank to touch it any suggestions?

Hello, I have a question about a clean, kept up un gated neighborhood dominated with park mobile homes or manufactured homes with a few houses with foundations.

I'm a General & Manufactured Home Contractor, Manufactured Home Dealer, RE Broker, Developer, Investor &  Property Manager in North San Diego (Leucadia).

Don't buy a mobile  ( manufactured ) home.  

We always loved working with clients from the US and are thinking about entering the US market first.We have developed some modular building models that will be manufactured in Europe using premium materials and equipment mainly from our longstanding suppliers in Spain.

Don't just look at Houses and just one Price...look at Townhomes and Condos and Manufactured and Land etc. etc. to get the overall picture of what is available.

This is very true - there are still a large percentage of jobs like retail, hospitality, manufacturing, etc that can't be done remotely.
