Conversion of manufactured home to frame

Hi all, we are considering an investment in a manufactured home here in Austin.  The comps around it are for traditional frame construction.  Assuming we could acquire for approximately 80-90k the area comps support approximately a 200k sale price.  Can anyone advise on how to approach a conversion from manufactured to frame?  I heard on one of the podcasts an investor that converted mobile home to frame but don't recall the episode title.
