What's up family I have a little issue going on right now and hopefully I can get a little feed back and ideas, ok I found a nice 3/1 brick property he was asking 26k  but got hime down to 13k I put the earnest money down now I have 2 weeks to close but I don't no how I'm going to come up with 10-11k  By  me just getting married at the beginning of this year we emptied out our savings down to 3k so now my issue is I'm needing help to find money for this deal 

Other wise you will not be feed the best deals like we get and my vendors get who are known buyers in certain markets . 

Any feed back would be greatly appreciated.

A broker should be able to set you up with a daily email feed of newly listed properties from the MLS that fit your given investment criteria (e.g. price, location, property type).  

I signed with a realtor so his MLS feed is overriding my updates.

I would seek out the help of some agents to get you some MLS feeds, and then seek out some wholesalers (plenty of them on this site from our market) as they will come across deals all the time if you don't have the time to do the searching yourself.
