Reasons why you should not partner with a contractor?

Happy Tuesday My BP Family. I was reading through different post and I heard a few people saying that you should never partner with a Contractor. Me being a Contractor and Investor. I toom offense to that. It kind of made me feel like we are not adequate enough. But then I realized it is probably because those people had a horrible experience. Maybe the partner/contractor was greedy, did not pull his weight,  still marked up the reno to retail, and many other scenarios. I made me wonder. Other then giving up some profit and all of the other downsides to any partnership.

Why not Contractors specifically?
