Obviously, that could vary with the particular Section 8 office.The only downside to Section 8 that I can identify are the required inspections (initial and annual).

If the door was damaged to the point of needing replacement, then it should have been identified during the move out inspection, and if you were present, you wouldn't get a surprise when they send you the list of damages.

This area are considered not war zones but areas that families are interested in buying because of schools, safety, near highways, trains, etcccIn other words I wish to learn how to identify neighborhoods in nyc where there is activity happening others are buying and selling the properties easily.What tools and resources are available to me to do this so I can go after short sales in areas that will be easy to sell to end buyer quicker because people want to live there.
