Hey everyone,
Real quick I'd like to thank Josh for such a cool site. This place is great!
Anywho, my name is Kyle Quackenbush, I'm from Olathe, Kansas but I currently live in Lawrence and am working towards an accounting degree at KU.
I've been interested in real estate for a while, but didn't really get my butt in gear until recently. My experience in real estate is limited to the posts I've read here, one of Steve Cook's wholesaling books, and what I picked up from my summer job at the bank (I scanned loan documents, including appraisals).
My goal for 2010 is to get a good wholesaling mentor and learn this business. If anyone is interested in being a mentor, please PM me.
